  1. By using www.teachinternational.com you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of www.teachinternational.com. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use www.teachinternational.com.  
  2. Teach International may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Course prices are subject to change without prior notification by Teach International.Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Teach International. Your continued use of www.teachinternational.com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.   3. We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the service, any failure to provide service, suspension of service, or termination of service. We do not guarantee the availability of the service. You agree not to hold us responsible for data loss or interruption of service of any kind.
  4. We retain ownership and all rights to Teach International logos, trademarks, software, trade secrets, databases, reports, and Web site.
  5. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your violation of this agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation shall survive any termination of this agreement. Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the services.

Copyright

  1. Introduction

Teach International Pty Ltd understands and appreciates that you are concerned about the confidentiality and security of information Teach International may collect about you. Teach International is committed to providing you with high quality TESOL education information and services within a secure and confidential online environment.
